The Belle Sherman After School Program is regularly seeking experienced child care professionals for 5 days/week employment as well as substitutes. Staff work Monday-Friday from 1:30-5:45 pm. Starting as a substitute is a great way to get a foot in the door and be ready when a full time position becomes available.

We are looking for self-motivated people with good problem solving skills that really enjoy playing and working with kids. Our kids are a lot of fun, and enjoy staff that like to play and engage with children in a variety of activities. Each staff member organizes and facilitates at least one activity each week. Successful candidates generally have experience in childcare or as camp counselors.

We provide paid training for all employees and benefits are available. Several state mandated background screenings, a physical, and a TB test are required.
