2024-25 School Year: Tuition is $310 per month for 5 days/week of care. Supplemental care is an additional $78 per month, which covers all supplemental days in the school year.

The BSASP offers reduced tuition rates for children whose families are eligible for free or reduced school lunch. You will be asked to verify your eligibility to qualify for the reduced rate. If tuition rates are causing a hardship for your family please get in touch with us, so we can help make a plan that works for your family.

New York State also covers the partial or full cost of the after school program for families who qualify through the Child Care Assistance Program. You can check your eligibility here: https://tompkinscountyny.gov/dss

The program uses ProCare to collect tuition and process receipts. There is no fee to submit payments using an electronic ACH transfer from a bank account. Caregivers can elect to set up automatic monthly payments in their ProCare account. There is also an option to pay using a credit card through ProCare for a fee. Once your child is enrolled in the after school program, you will receive instructions for setting up an account in ProCare.

If a bank transfer is not an option for your family, we can accept checks.
